Founded in 1987, Eonchemicals is one of the first Indonesian companies that pioneered local research and development, manufacturing, marketing, and technical service for specialty chemicals. Through the years, we have developed the expertise of our people. We excel and are committed to provide on-site technical service and problem solving.

Through the years, we have served and supported various heavy industries in Indonesia. Some of them are the oil & gas industry, steel plants, pipe manufacturers, petrochemical plants, power generation plants, pulp and paper industry, wood industry and mining industry.

Distribution Network

We believe that excellent and dedicated technical service can only be given by being situated close to the customer. As such, we are continuously increasing our network of representative offices and distributors in Indonesia.

Technical Services

We believe in "Local presence, with a company-wide support". Many of our engineers are based on-site as consultants to our customers. At the same time, these local engineers are connected to other EON engineers via our intranet computer network.

Hence, they are able to draw on a huge reservoir of knowledge and experience to assist in problem solving on-site. Aside from troubleshooting and recommending solutions, our engineers can also help in implementing and monitoring chemical treatment programs. Our ultimate goal is to provide continuous improvements for our customers.

People

Our company puts the emphasis on people. People are our most valuable assets.

We strive to improve our people through continuous training program. We believe that only by continuously developing our people can we provide the best service for our customers.




Research and Development (R&D)

Some customers have specific problem that requires specific solutions. Our R&D laboratory is able to formulate new products to meet such requirement. We are also keeping abreast of the latest technology advances.

We have consultants and partners in the USA and Europe that provide us with technical assistance. This ensures the most cost efficient solution for the customer's problems.




Manufacturing

Our manufacturing facilities are located in Kawasan Industri Jababeka, West Java and Kawasan Hijrah Industrial Estate, Batam. Both are ISO 9001 certified.

Strict quality control procedures ensure that every batch of chemical shipped to our customer meets product specifications and is of the highest quality. We adhere to strict waste disposal methods to prevent pollution. We have received our ISO 14000 certification on March 2003.


Quality

The process of striving to continuously produce quality products has always been an important part of Eonchemicals. We use ISO 9000 quality management system. Raw materials and finished products undergo strict and stringent quality control before they are released.

Samples of raw materials and finished products are retained for future references. Blending procedures are properly recorded to enable us to backtrack if necessary. The company has progressed towards a Total Quality culture and has developed a fully-integrated computerized management system for continuous quality improvements.


Environment

Protecting the environment for future generations is of the utmost importance for Eonchemicals. Working with customers, we monitor, analyze, and treat waste streams for removal of pollutants.

Our waste treatment program not only benefits the environment but also helps our customers recover and recycle valuable resources and water. In our laboratory, we routinely conduct regular reviews of the raw material that are used, and replace them with more environment-friendly ones as they are made available. We have received our ISO 14000 certification on March 2003.
